I have never been to a hotel that wanted to charge me a dollar for a tiny deodorant sample. That was a bit much

First, they double booked my room I reserved from this site. Second, when I finally got the room about an hour into it a family had a key to it... Opening the door. I stopped them from coming in and explained it was a mistake... They double booked it again. Third, 3 days later and still still can't bill me right. Finally, the next day after my stay I called to talk to the manager and explain my disappointment and the staff said "No manager are on duty" and they still haven't called me back. Do not stay here!! There are plenty of hotels near by, for the same rate with better service!

Not a lot. One of the staff did try to help but he was going off shift and could not do much. Lobby was dirty and staff behind desk seemed to be preoccupied with their own work instead of wandering around to make sure all was clean and things in place.

Not much to like. Unclean, drain in sink was the worst I had ever seen and room was dusty and unclean. Carpets smelled and overall just disgusting.

Sheets were clean, water was hot.

Most of staff spoke broken English. Decor hasn't been updated in 30-40 years. Back of drapes in some windows rotted/torn. Vending machine sold out. Continental breakfast was white bread and cold cereal. Bathroom floor and wall dirty, I wiped down wall. I found eyeliner from last guest in bathroom. Bottle cap on floor in bedroom when we got there was still there when we left after they cleaned 3 times. Parking lot full of potholes. Could smell cigarette smoke from the next room. We had requested non-smoking room. You'd think they'd be in separate areas.

WIFI was terrible.. The routers need to be rebooted daily....or better yet get commercial grade wireless routers. Breakfast was a JOKE.

Nice, average hotel. Rooms are clean and wifi is available, make sure you ask the desk for the password as it isn't in the room. I'stayed here a few years ago and they have improved. It's a good value for the cost.

Beds are not very comfortable, though acceptable. Can hear parking lot/highway noise. Ice machine didn't work.

The young lady at the front desk,was very polite and respectful,very professional.

The bed was very uncomfortable,to low to the floor, the a/c kept cutting off, the carpet smelled terrible, the iron was missing, there was a spider up in the right front corner of the room.There was a light green dirty I guess soft,smoking chair in the room. I don't know if this article will actually make it to any readers eyes,but my wife was also very unhappy,and rated it on "Yelp". I just hope and pray. They make some improvements.

Terrible rooms. Dirty floors. No money invested back into the property. Other business occurring day and night Coffe and trash left in room. Bed not made.

Lady at front desk was very rude, when I went to book another night she wanted to charge my credit card $100 which I did not have yet I didn't need to do this the night before, she was didn't want me to stay another night,

We traveled oct 15 2014 from pgh pa on our way to manhattan, ny for a cruise. We stayed at this days inn because of the very short drive we would have the following day to manhattan to get on our cruise! It was a great location and we avoided the high prices that comes with staying in manhattan. We loved our stay!
